Individual Therapy
Do you feel like life has become more challenging? Have you begun to feel less fulfilled or feel like something is wrong? People seek therapy at various stages of their life to address their challenges. Sometimes you might know why, and other times it can be confusing or difficult to pinpoint.

I provide individual therapy sessions to help my clients work through personal and emotional challenges. Our therapy sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs, using evidence-based/supported techniques to help you achieve your goals.

Collaboratively, therapy not only can help you understand your sources of stress but also to improve symptoms that prevent you from feeling your best. Together, we will work to support you, face challenges within yourself, work towards your goals, and, most importantly, improve your own sense of a life that is meaningful and fulfilled.
If you are looking for a compassionate and experienced psychologist in the area, please contact us to schedule an appointment. Currently offering telehealth appointments.

Insurance Information
I am an "in-network" provider for United Health Care Insurance (UHC)/United Behavioral Health (UBH).
For individuals possessing insurance policies, with the exception of UHC/UBH, I am considered an "out of network" provider.
However, insurance can still help pay for treatment! Most insurance companies offer reimbursement for a percentage of the cost. Typically, this can range from 60-80% of cost but varies by coverage. I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking them the following questions:
-
Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health therapy?
-
If I pay for those sessions, can I get reimbursed?
-
What is the rate of reimbursement for these appointments?
-
What is my “deductible?” (The deductible is the amount of money you have to pay out-of-pocket before the insurance company begins reimbursing).
-
Is there a limit to the number of sessions that can be reimbursed within a calendar year?
